Your Weekly Meal Prep Menu Sorted

It is Sunday meal prep day! Independence Day has passed and now we need to get back to weekly routines and healthier meals, so let's get to it.

Week 3: July 6th- the 12th

You will need: crockpot, Instant Pot, sheet pan.

Monday: I'm making a big batch of the Asian Chicken Salad. Store chicken leftovers, we will use them later this week.

Tuesday: Oven-baked shrimp skewers and Instant Pot lemon Orzo to serve with shrimps. Light, healthy, and very Mediterranean! Also very fast to make and almost hands off.

Wednesday: Chicken Salad Sandwiches with the leftover Shredded Chicken from Monday.

Thursday: Tomato Galette with goat cheese (one of my recent recipes) and a big pitcher of this Lemon Cucumber Water for something lighter and refreshing.

Friday: Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas (they are amazing for meal prep) with homemade guacamole for some Mexican flavors.

Saturday: Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps using my homemade croutons and homemade Caesar dressing! They are great to bring with you, too, if you are planning to get out of the house with your family.

Sunday: Baby Back Ribs are my hubby's favorite, especially with brie mac and cheese (kids approved even with brie in it!). And my ribs recipe is for the oven, so no need to fire up the grill.

Yours,

Bobbie & Tilly

Hi Friend, I recently went to my brother's college graduation, and seeing him reach such a big milestone got me thinking about my own journey and how much has changed over the past eight years. When I started my website, I was honestly pretty clueless about what I was doing. I wrote about whatever interested me at the time—fitness, healthier recipes, and life here in Florida. Somewhere along the way, I realized what I really loved was food. I loved creating recipes and sharing them with...
